25 Talent was founded by Tony Ray a native of southern California and New Jersey, 30 min from NYC. He moved to Oklahoma to be closer to Family. He has a background as a personal manager for friends bands and area event promoter, but wanted more. He realized when he got to Oklahoma that there are many talented people but not the high level agencies that he was used to seeing in NY and LA so he decided to open 25 Talent. With the slogan, (We treat every talent like our only talent) An agency that mixes the Oklahoma hospitality with the promotional Push and mindset of a big city agency.
